The first Geography competition of the year"* was held in the English department of Zirve Lyceum. 5G, 6G, 7G, 8G classes took part in the competition. The competition consisted of 3 stages: the capitals of the world countries, flags and the political map of the world. We congratulate the winner of the competition 7G. Rematch game definitely will!
A seminar on “harm of tobacco products” was held by 8th grade students at the Lyceum. Students made a presentation by examining the social, economic, psychological and medical aspects of tobacco products.The scene corresponding to the subject was met with interest.
The event “let's protect our world” was held in our Lyceum on the occasion of” 2024 year of solidarity for the Green world “and April 22-international World Day”. At the event, our students made a presentation on the environmental problems and solutions of the world. The projects prepared by the students on recycling were exhibited and interesting scenes were presented.
Founder and head of the UGS ( University Global Scholars) program , currently serving as director of the university admissions and scholarship program at SIMCC, Dr.Lee-Ann Laffey was a guest at Summit High School. She shared her experiences by giving seminars to students in grades 9,10 and 11. Representatives of the UGS program guide students in the admission process to the most advanced universities in the world , give them directions along the way , show them the appropriate paths in what ways they need to improve their academic writing skills, and, most importantly, their choice of university and specialty.
