The winners of the "Literature Competition on Patriotism" announced by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan have been announced.
321 works were submitted to the competition. 53 works were not accepted because they did not meet the rules of the competition (works, articles, journalistic writings, literary texts in Russian, etc. sent by one author in several genres and different categories).
50 works in the category of "Professional creative persons", 193 works in the category of "Amateur creative persons" and 25 works in the category of "Children aged 10-15" took part in the competition. Out of 268 works, 67 were in the essay genre, 75 in the story genre and 126 in the poetry genre.
To ensure objectivity and transparency in the competition, all works submitted and their authors are encrypted with a special barcode.
9 members of the commission evaluated 268 works in terms of themes, artistic and professional creativity, and the texts were evaluated in accordance with the established evaluation schedule.
Abdullah Huseynli, a 5th grade student of our high school in the story genre, was also among the winners in the "Children aged 10-15" category in accordance with the general results of the "Literature Literature Competition on Patriotism" and the final decision of the commission.
It should be noted that Abdullah joined the competition with the story "I wish the dream was real."
